A Journey

Roots Supper Club was born from a personal journey — one that began with compassion, evolved through curiosity, and grew roots through community.
When I first became vegan, it was for the animals. But that decision, while deeply important to me, often felt isolating. I wasn’t looking to convince anyone — just craving connection. Over time, I discovered the profound impact plant-based eating could have on the environment and human health. I began working with a local vascular surgeon, helping build awareness around lifestyle-driven wellness. That journey led me to earn a certification in nutrition and dive deep into the science behind food and healing.
What started as a personal shift became a professional calling. As a health coach grounded in the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, I now help others prevent, manage, or even reverse chronic conditions by focusing on everyday habits — especially nutrition. My approach is all about practical, joyful change — rooted in evidence, not restriction.
Some of the most rewarding moments have come from watching people realize what’s possible. When someone tastes a dish and says, “This is healthy?” — that spark of surprise and delight, that’s the beginning of transformation.
Roots Supper Club brings that idea to life. Each month, we gather around a health theme — with courses designed to nourish the body, excite the senses, and open up new ways of thinking about food. The experience is rooted in science, but also in joy, in flavor, and in connection.
This isn’t just about food. It’s about sharing — meals, stories, discoveries, and laughter. Some of my favorite memories are of evenings spent cooking and experimenting with friends, swapping dishes we made for the week, or exploring a new flavor together. That kind of togetherness — relaxed, curious, and delicious — is what I hope to recreate with every dinner.
Whether you’re here for the flavor, the fun, or the feeling of gathering around something meaningful — you’re in the right place. No rules, no labels. Just real food, real conversation, and really good company.
